Advanced Selection offers permanent recruitment services to our clients within our select chosen markets throughout the UK and Europe. Our Consultants have extensive experience in recruitment and some have previously worked in that industry and use this knowledge to provide advice and guidance when working with our clients and candidates.

We pride ourselves on working in partnership with our clients and ensure their experience of working with Advanced Selection is both a positive and successful one. How do we do this:

  • Gathering Requirements – Our clients must be committed to working with us, allow us to drill down into their specific requirements so we not only understand the skills and experience you are seeking but also other key factors that ensure an appropriate cultural fit.
  • Tool and Resources – We use an array of tools to source both passive and active candidates including our own maintained internal database, social media, paid access to numerous leading job boards as well as professional networking and headhunting solutions.
  • Candidate Selection – We promise to present only a small number of candidates that have been pre-screened and meet our clients expectations, thus reducing the time you spend reviewing inappropriate candidates and therefore making the hiring process as streamlined and efficient as possible. After all, this is what you are paying us to do?
  • CV Submission – We are not in the business of throwing every candidate at our client that applies, nor submitting candidates that we haven’t previously spoken to or sending over fictional candidates.
  • End to end process – It doesn’t stop there, once a suitable candidate is identified, we support both our clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, managing expectations from both sides to reduce the risk of rejection. It’s about ensuring both our candidates and clients are committed as we appreciate how time costly this can be for all parties.
  • Communication – One thing we do and many of our competitors don’t, we keep candidates informed throughout the whole process, at every stage and even if there is a delay in the process. It’s important to keep everyone up to date and to maintain that commitment and that includes our clients. We also provide negative feedback and advice that will help those candidates with their next application. That’s why candidates see us as the professional recruitment team that we are and not like so many of our competitors that give the industry a bad name.
